Full Day Mediation
$1,750-$2,500 per party for most full days based upon the issues, amount in controversy and number of parties.
A full day of mediation begins at 9:30 a.m. and continues until settlement or impasse occurs.
Half-Day Mediation
Morning session – 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. – $850 per party
Afternoon session – 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. – $900 per party
Additional time billed at $400 per hour.
Mediation may be conducted on Zoom or in person either at a location agreed by the parties or at the Heights Mediation Center, 3605 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77007.
If the mediation is conducted at the Heights Mediation Center, the cost of renting the space will be divided among the parties as follows:
$75 per party for small private conference room; $100 per party for a large private conference room for each party for HALF DAY;
$125 per party for small conference room and $150 per party for large conference room for FULL DAY.
Once we know the number of participants, we will provide you a firm quote for Heights Mediation Center.
Arbitration
Fees are set on a case by case basis.
